Meet Our Founder & Trainer

Ts. Selvi Aldragen

Ts. Selvi Aldragen is an accomplished engineer-innovator, entrepreneur, and corporate trainer with over two decades of experience spanning global multinational corporations and business leadership.

She began her career as an R&D IC Design Engineer at Agilent Technologies after graduating with a UK First-Class Honors degree. Later, at Intel Corporation, she served as a Staff Product Development Engineer, holding a patented engineering innovation in both the US and China. A recognized leader in her field, Selvi chaired Intel’s Global Technical Symposium and frequently serves as a judge for nationwide university innovation competitions.

Transitioning from the technical sphere to entrepreneurship, Selvi now owns and manages a successful training and consulting firm. This shift deepened her expertise in risk management, strategic leadership, sales, and client relations. As a highly sought-after corporate trainer and Malaysia’s top Business Mandarin coach, she has upskilled diverse audiences—from tech engineers to CEOs—across Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Vietnam, Indonesia, China, and India.
